Pale gold with a distinctive green hue and a well-balanced sweet nose of tropical fruit and honey. The palate offers citrus flavours with a hint of peach.

 

Made from vines on average 25 years old, all the grapes were harvested by hand. After pressing, the wine is left for four hours with contact on the skins. after which it is then left to settle overnight. The clear juice is racked off the lees into a fermentation tank. Fermentation takes place and the wine is racked, stabilised and filtered ready for bottling.
